when does my subscription end?
Subscription are scheduled for payments for monthly ( courses) or yearly (training partnership)
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription log into your Course dashboard.
Can I just purchase the individual course?
Yes, on the course page select , ‘buy individual course’ and check. You will only be charged for the individual course which is a one time payment. Please note you will not have access to any other course that is offered in our database
How does subscriptions work?
When you signup for a monthly subscription, you pay $50 every month for unlimited access to all of the courses on our website. You cancel any time.
If I cancel my subscription, when will my cancellation take effect.
When you cancel your subscription you are unsubscribed immediately. Eg
if you are in the monthly plan and you cancel before the end of your next billing cycle, your subscription will end at the end of the billing cycle for that month  you’ve already paid for it.

When does my Training Partnership commence?
Partnership begin immediately. You have immediate access to partnership resources
When does my training partnership expire?
Your partnership is valid as long as yearly subscriptions are paid.
How do I cancel my training partnership program?
Just log into your dashboard to see steps to cancel 
What happens if I cancel before my training partnership subscription billing cycle is renewed?
Eg if you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, your subscription will cancel immediately however you will still have access until the end of your billing cycle. If you started your subscription on January 1 and cancel on July 1. You will still have access until December .
How am I billed for my subscriptions?
Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of your anniversary date for that period.
If you paid to signup on June 20. Your subscriptions will automatically renew on July 20th 
How do I get a refund?
Because You are billed at the beginning of your subscription period we cannot offer refunds at this time. Even though you might cancel, your subscription will still be valid for the period in question.
