Terms & Conditions for Seminars/Classes
Training Classes
We affirm that the course materials will meet a satisfactory level of quality however; we do not affirm that they will be error free.
You will be responsible for inspecting the course materials as soon as is reasonably possible following delivery. Furthermore, you will be responsible for informing us about any oversights as soon as possible.
We try as best as possible to ensure our courses match industry requirement as close as possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you contact your local beauty board to make certain our classes are acceptable in your state before registering.
We will take no liability known or unseen for course material that does not meet your state or county's requirements.
Transferring Course
Online classes and or Seminar are non transferrable.
Hands on classes may be transferred as per our discretion.
Practical Training
All practical training is conducted on mannequins unless otherwise specified when advertised.
Online Training
100 % digital. Please allow 24 to 48 hrs to receive access to our learning portal after purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We warrant that we will carry out the service to you with a reasonable level of care and skill.
If you require any changes to these terms, please request such changes in writing to the email above.
Any liability under any agreement between you and us shall be limited to any sums paid by you to us.
As far as permitted by law, we shall not be liable to any person for losses or damages that were not reasonably foreseeable and that were not caused by any breach on our part.
We shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect loss or damage as a result from your course enrollment. Any liability that does arise will be limited to the course fee paid.
We are not qualified to provide you with advice regarding health problems. If you require any such advice, we recommend you seek the opinion of your doctor or any other medical practitioner. Any holistic health care advice we do provide should be treated as congruent to and not an alternative for accustomed health care.
Licensing
We are not a licensing or government agency for licensing of any kind.
It is your responsibility to confirm your regulations about a service from your licensing state board before offering the service to the public.
We are not liable for any suit, misuse or claims made relating to your business and we take no responsibility or liability.
The Right to Film and Take Pictures
As Part of our requirement for hands on training we will take pictures and film videos during training, of students performing tasks, class participation and of participants holding their certificate. From time to time, we do post these pictures and or videos on our social media outlets and other sites and we use as deem fit.
If you do not wish for your picture to be posted, please submit in writing to customerservice@oleandersproduct.com . If we do not receive your request via email. This consent is released to Oleanders Products.
Klarna Payments
For Online Courses.
Ww require 3 business days to activate and update your payment plan in our system.
After which you will be emailed your login credentials invitation to access your course.
For Hands on Class
We require 3 business to activate your payment plan in our system, after which your class will be scheduled.
Training classes and equipment
If you purchase a training course- hands on or online that includes the equipment. The equipment is only shipped once full payment is made and cleared.
